Has anyone applied for this recently?
I applied on 10th November and was told it usually takes around a month to sort out and be paid. Called in December to chase and advised there was back log due to covid and a the new Scottish Child Benefit applications coming in as well. However, we are now in January and I still haven't heard anything. I've tried to chase again but the phonelines have been a nightmare.
Has anyone else applied and experienced a massive delay in the grant being paid recently?
