Hi, I’m pregnant with my second baby and suffering with horrible morning sickness at the moment in waves throughout the day. Just wanting some positive stories to get me through the next few weeks as been feeling a little down the past week due to feeling nauseous all the time. Struggling to feel positive when i should be excited about our new bundle arriving, just really hope the sink was goes soon so I can enjoy the rest of my pregnancy. I didn’t have morning sickness with my first baby so struggling this time round.

If it's in your first trimester it should get easier. I've had nausea quite frequently and 6 months now. It can be difficult if throwing up all day but sometimes my morning sickness subsides after I eat something and I can confuse hunger with feeling sick so try to eat small things even if you feel nauseous and sip squash as water may make you feel worse but depends on how you are feeling x

Oh morning sickness is awful. I would nibble on ginger biscuits and sip water throughout the day because that's all I could keep down. It gets soooo much better in the second trimester though!
