I have Been on the combined pill for a good few years and am usually very good at taking my pill religiously at the same time everyday and having my seven day break . However for a few months I have been skipping the seven day break and taking pills throughout so I do not get a period . I realised this was bad and I realised I needed to induce a period and start taking my pill again properly with the seven day break to get my cycle back on track again . I stopped taking the pill mid way through the pack and waited about 4-5 days for my period to come . I ended up having unprotected sex on either the 4th or 5th day and stRaight after my period came . It will be three weeks on Wednesday since I had unprotected sex . Today I have had back ache and cramping but took a clear blue test and it was negative . Is it too early to tell ?
