@qwerty2269 sorry for your losses. I had an MVA at the beginning of June and I got my period within four weeks of the procedure (can't remember exactly how long), but my cycle length was messed up for a few months afterwards. It went back to normal by October, though.

So sorry OP - it's a horrid thing to go through. Mine was around 4-5 weeks after the MC with both of my losses. I think they say 4-6 weeks but it can throw your cycle out for a while.

I'm so sorry, miscarriage is such an awful thing to go through. had a miscarriage at 10 weeks in October 2019 and it took exactly 2 months for my period to return after. I spent lots of time worrying when it would return, especially after the 4-6 week timeframe that they say is the norm. I wish I hadn't of worried and spent so much time googling though as everyone's body is different.

I've always had my 1st periods after miscarriage within 6 weeks. Lost them between 6 & 12 weeks gestation.

Thankyou all so much but I have had unprotected sexy& so scared incase I get pregnant again before my baby has had time to get back to normal we really want another baby but I want my body back to normal first& don’t want to be pregnant straight away for it to happen again so I’m hoping I get it soon!🤞🏼 @Chelyanne @itssquidstella @Pandemicpregnancy @Mimba1

Physically getting PG again straightaway wouldn't be a problem but it does make it more difficult with dates and you need to be ready emotionally as well. Good luck OP.
