Cramping from ovulation

I ovulated 3 days ago on cd18. Its now cd21 and I am still having tons of ovulation type cramping on my left side. My OPK was negative by cd19 so I was sure it was over pretty quickly so not sure what this pain is about. Also been spotting pinky type stuff which I often do after ovulation but usually only the same day, this has lasted 3 days. My boobs are already super sensitive.

Just wondered if anyone had the same?

Hey, I don't think the cramping is anything to worry about. I very often get cramps for a few days after ovulation, they can be quite uncomfortable. X

Thanks @Rosieposy89 I get cramps regularly with ovulation but usually only the day of and maybe the day after. Weird that its still going on. It is trailing off I think tho!

When I fell pregnant I had ovulation pains on the Saturday and then the Wednesday after I had more ovulation cramps on the one side . More or less convinced it was implantation!

Interesting @Reeva1988 so that would only be 4dpo? or do you mean the Wednesday after that?

Theres definitely a 'feeling' in my abdomen. I'll eat my hat if its anything more than symptom spotting tho!

Yeah the following Wednesday so 5 dpo.... it is so hard not to symptom spot is it! The month I got pregnant was the only month I didn’t actually symptom spot ironically!

Sorry 4dpo!

ah wow @Reeva1988 thats interesting. I've been convinced I'm pregnant every month since ttc, so I'm trying to cool it this month... failing obviously.
