Persistent lower tummy pain 11 weeks plus 2

I'll try to explain well what I'm feeling. I'm 11 weeks and haven't felt any stretching, pulling or aching in belly for weeks. Yesterday morning when I got out the shower I noticed I felt pressure or a sort of straight line across pain above public bone, right underneath where my massive belly bloat is, underneath where bump eventually will be. It felt uncomfortable, achy and like a pressure. It must have gone away as didn't think of it again until sitting on couch in evening. When went to bed it became persistent/constant Lasting all evening and still there now. Didn't get much sleep convinced losing baby. No bleeding I should point out. Pain all night was uncomfortable but not too bad. Feels like a pressure or a juggling constant pain in basically one spot couple inches down from naval. Every time I went to wee in night despite not feeling like was desperate, lots wee came out and passed wind(sorry tmi) in bed can feel wind in back passage as well and getting the odd twinges in back. I'm going to call midwife later this morning though have only had booking appointment so far. I don't remember this with other two pregnancies though last one was 6 years ago. Haven't had a miscarriage before. I'm very lucky. But worried that's what this is as its constant. Hoping it goes away when I get up which have to do now to start work before homeschool starts. I was hoping it wouldn't be there when woke but it's still niggling. Wondering if anyone has experienced similar and has advice or reassurance. I'm so paranoid. 12 week scan a week today. Paid for visibility scan when was 7 plus 2 for own piece of mind and heard heartbeat and baby was doing fine. Thanks for reading this essay.

Should clarify it's not a juggling pain - that should have read niggling

@albairlanda I've had this on and off since about 9 weeks I'm now 16 I think it's just stretching and pulling, I read a lot online and it said heavy tugging pains are normal xx

@AnxiousAnnie86 thank you for this. I am hoping that's all it is but just anxiety telling me it can't be as it's constant and so concentrated in one spot. It's less noticeable now I'm up and about but still there.

@albairlanda it could also be trapped wind! I had it for three days it got really really painful in the end! X

Thanks for this. I have been struggling with bottom wind which don't normally have when not pregnant.

I was so terrified in the night. Pain is nowhere near as present now I'm up.

Literally counting minutes till scan.

@albairlanda try not to worry! The pain I had for a good few days was absolute agony! Try drinking some peppermint tea x
