...and went on to have healthy pregnancy and birth?

I’m 2 days late, did a test this morning and got a bfp despite having one fallopian tube and stage 4 endometriosis.

I’m in total shock. We’ve been trying for years and have had numerous rounds of ivf. We’ve never ever got pregnant naturally in the 14 years we’ve been ttc.

I know ectopic pregnancies are common in women with 1 or none fallopian tubes so looking for some positive stories where there have been successes. Please share!

I don’t have a story for you but wanted to say congratulations. And remember even though there is an increased risk of ectopic when compared with women without endo/scarred tubes, there’s still a much higher chance that it’s in the normal place than an ectopic. Perhaps have a chat with your GP about arranging an early scan at 6-7 weeks if you continue to feel well otherwise?

Thank you 😊 and a good idea about arranging an early scan.
