Big baby bump and only 7-8 weeks!

Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing great. I’m currently about 7 n a bit weeks but my belly seems to be taking over lol. This is my 4th pregnancy so I know that you tend to show earlier but I was showing from about 4-5 weeks and just getting bigger! I know a lot of it’s bloat although I don’t feel bloated or overly gassy. I’m starting to think there could be more than 1 in there! I’m feeling very tired, just no energy and can’t get motivated. Things I normally love like walking the dog have become a mammoth task now. I wouldn’t say I have bad morning sickness I just feel queasy every day on and off. My boobs are killing me, especially at night!! And I’ve been getting quite a lot of cramping and tightness in my belly and back which I know is probably growing pains. I just wanted to see some bumps to compare to and if I’m being silly thinking there’s more than 1 little 1 in there. This pic was taken a few days ago so I was coming up to 7 weeks x

Oh and I’ve done nothing but pee from the minute I found out. I’ve just found out I have a water infection so on anti biotics but still going all the time

Have you had any scans yet? Could it be twins?
Congrats on your pregnancy. How old are your 3? I’ve got 3 and currently thinking about 4. I would love another. Mine are 7, 3 & 1

There’s no twins in my family. I’m 35 so I suppose age wise it makes more chance of twins. I’ve just never been this big! Lol. I’ve booked in an early scan for next Sunday, cos I’m inpatient! Mine are 14,11 and 4. I had a big break then started over again. I’ve been wanting number 4 for a while but it meant new car etc so was waiting for the right time. I say go for it!! The more the merrier haha x

Might just be a very healthy baby in there growing well! It could just be that pre bloat too, I wouldn’t worry and you look great.

Haha that’s how I feel too but I only got a new car in June and would need a bigger one so still got to convince DH!

I bloated a lot with my two at about this point. It went down a bit, later. Although with dc2 people were literally offering me their seats at about 10 weeks .

If you didn't have it with your other three pregnancies though, I wonder why you're getting it with this one... please let us know if it is twins!

@SendHelp30 Thankyou! I don’t really remember pre bloat with any others, but I’m guessing it’s probably that then. I suppose you don’t have to get a car until just before baby arrives, gives you nearly a year to get a new one haha.
@ParisJeTAime I actually feel silly cos I look like this and it’s only the size of a raspberry or something!! Although getting special treatment isn’t always bad haha. I will defo keep you posted. As amazing at that would be I don’t think I have enough room for 2 more, 1 is just enough 🤣🤣

So, I’ve had this as well. I’m 7+2 today with my second, and honestly I could easily be 12 weeks to look at me! I know pregnancies after the first are destined to show sooner, but never expected this. Have an early scan in a couple of weeks to check how many babies are there (I’m prime for twins 🙈) so will find out if this is two, or one reeeaaaallly eager baby lol!

Hi lovely, I’m new to this site but can I just say, I’m low-key jealous of your bump!! I’m 22wks + 2 and I don’t have a bump other than looking mildly bloated. I guess it’s due to it being my first child. You should definitely have an early scan like someone else suggested, twins runs in my family & my mum had a larger bump earlier on! Congratulations nonetheless x

I'm guessing your dates are wrong. I would perhaps call EPAU though to be on the safe side, make sure it's nothing to worry about

I look like this at 8+3 and have done for over a week. I was adamant I was either having twins or was further along than I thought.

Had a scan couple of days ago turns out im almost a week behind the dates I thought and there's only one baby!!

Just a lot of bloat. This is my second too and I had no bloating with my first, I didn't even show until around 28 weeks!!!

@Newmumtobeee I was exactly the same with my first. I have a picture of me 30 weeks and I’m smaller than I am right now!!
Good luck with your scan @CarlyAM, we don’t have any twins in our family which is why I’m thinking it’s not, but sounds like you have a good chance! Keep me posted!
@CostaDelCovid it did cross my mind but we only began trying end of October and I had a period in November so don’t see how it can be wrong.
@nemumx I think I might be the same as you then. I never got very big with my other 3, even at the end I wasn’t massive, just a nice tidy bump. I’ve got 3 girls so maybe this will be a boy! Haha. Good luck with all your pregnancies and thanks for comments x
