Really bizarre sensation - anyone had this before?

Last night I was squatting down beside DD's bed to say goodnight & felt a strange sensation (apologies here) as if you've had sex and there's a leak coming down but nothing actually came out. It was a very definite feeling of something running down inside me & I presumed just increased CM but as I say nothing appeared. Same thing happened again about 2 hours later when I stood up from the sofa but not quite as strong a feeling, more dribbly inside, again no actual discharge, show or whatever.
I'm 38 weeks & baby is moving fine, nothing else unusual but it was really odd. I've googled every combo I can think of to no avail, anyone felt this before?
M/W at 36 weeks & baby was 1/5 engaged & I'm seeing her tomorrow so I'll mention it but thought I'd ask here first. Don't think my m/w actually has any children cos some things she comes out with are a bit odd.

i've had that a few times, could be your waters moving around near your cervix specially if lo is starting to engage. my mw said it was nothing to worry about if nothing came out but to let her know if anything started leaking
nothing did and i'm 40+2 today

Thank God Pheebe, began to think I was a wierdo unique freak
I had a hind waters leak last time round but it didn't feel the same guess there's so many leaky things going on all over your body it's just another to add to the list!
