4+1 today, just wondering what the best pregnancy vitamins are the best to take? I hear conflicting things about pregnacare.

Congrats 👏🏻👏🏻 Got mine Monday. I’m doing seven seas for vitamins. Pregnacare turbed my wee a funny colour last time. This is my second pregnancy since August, and hopefully my take home baby 🙏🏻

I stopped taking pregnacare because I noticed it made my nausea/sickness worse, I just take vit d and folic acid now :)

Awwwwww congrats!!!!!! Amazing news! I had my 16 week check up with midwife and heart babies heart beat , was hiccuping too was honestly amazing you have so much to look forward too. Enjoy your pregnancy.

I take pregnacare max. I didn't suffer from sickness so they were fine for me. X

Folic acid and vitamin d are the only ones you need . I found pregnacare constipated me slightly because of the iron in them x

Pregnacare made my sickness worse, also the tablets are massive !

You don’t need anything else other than folic acid and Vit D. I use nature’s aid
