Screening for Down's syndrome before 11 weeks

I have had a letter through for my '12 week scan' but when I have worked it out from dates given from my early scan I will only actually be 10 + 5.

When the midwife told me about the screening at my booking appointment I'm sure she said it's done between 11-14 weeks, does this mean I won't be able to get it done?

I'm assuming they will just ask me to come back in a week or so, but just wondering if I'm right in thinking they won't be able to do it at this date or will a couple of days out not matter does anyone know?

No they won’t do the screening then so will invite you back to have your bloods done and check NT. I wouldn’t worry about trying to rebook it now as you may be measuring a few days ahead so it might be fine.
