Basically I’m just over 10 weeks at the moment. I’m exhausted all day but then I get into bed at night and just can’t sleep. It’s been like this all week and I’m getting very frustrated. I’m working all weekend and not sure how I can do it with no sleep! X

Don't think i can help but I'm right there with you! I have just downloaded the gentle birth app and it gives you soothing sleep therapy to listen to, but i haven't tried it yet - need to get some headphones first!

Yep! Know what you mean. Think of it as preparation for when baby us here.

Brew for you OP, my sleep in the first trimester was really bad too, thanks to constant sickness!! Getting up for some cereal and water helped me in the middle of the night.

I'm 23 weeks now and sleeping a lot better but I still have the odd night, like last night, when I'm awake for hours from 2 am Blush

I'm 29 weeks. My insomnia comes and goes. I find it hard to get to sleep and get up at least twice to pee.

This morning, dh wakes up at 530 and opens the window and starts staring out. He said he heard a boom. Then comes back to bed. 20 mins later he does the same thing!! And says 'I saw a fire engine drive past'. I said 'our house isn't on fire. You're keeping me awake.' Then he came back to bed.

I'm pretty sure this would be a justifiable homicide!!!! Didn't fall asleep until after 1130 at some point and I have to work all day!

Oh god @physicskate I'd kill him!
I'm 35 weeks and struggling so much with sleeping - I sleep about 10-2 normally, then an on/off awake until whenever I get up!
