Hard to tell the skull because baby had its hand on their head. And I'm struggling to see a nub haha!

Just a feeling! The skull to me is more angular suggesting a male foetus.

I'm going girl but entirely based on skill shape. I have two boys and they both had much boxier heads than your little one.
