Morning sickness and wetness down there...

Sorry if TMI. I'm 8 weeks and struggling massively with sickness.

Cant keep very much down so I'm ending up with my head in the loo several times a day.

I know this is fairly normal but I'm finding whenever I am sick I get literally gushes of watery discharge surging out of me. To the point where I have to change my knickers and trousers. It looks like I've wet myself but its not wee (doesn't smell)

Has anybody else had this? Thanks

Are you sure it's not just wee? Fresh wee doesn't necessarily smell, I've had the joy of stress incontinence when voming during 2 pregnancies Grin it's delightful isn't it

Stress incontinence during pregnancy isn't necessarily something to be worries about, and mine has always been fine when the baby arrives but you may want to work on your kegals

It’s stress incontinence, get yourself a bucket and leave it in the bathroom. I’d advise that When you need to throw up, sit on the toilet and use the bucket for throwing up. Otherwise buy underwear pads for incontinence, haven’t tried those but perhaps they’ll work!

Also look up hyperemesis so that you can tell the difference between normal "morning sickness " and when it gets to the stage where you need medical assistance. Thanks
