Random diarrhoea !!

HELP 🤔
Just woke up 2am for my usual pee during the night however I had a random bout of diarrhoea whilst on the loo (really wasn’t expecting it) I’ve not felt unwell today and have had no stomach cramps and haven’t eaten anything that I think could have upset my tummy?!

Anyone had this before? I’m 31 weeks pregnant with my first child.

This happened to me a few times. I seemed to go from constipated one week to odd bouts like you describe. Mw said unless lasted 48 hours just a hormone shift and not to worry. Drink plenty though, which is fun with the toilet trips anyway!

Same here! I had about 3 days of completely unexplained diarrhoea. The midwife wasn’t concerned and just advised a plain diet (but to keep eating!) and lots of fluids.

Oh Thanks ladies! I’ve woke up feeling fine I just feel starving lol my stomach has been doing a lot of funky twitches in the night and this morning I think might be the start of braxton hicks.
Oh the joys! Lol
Always good for me to hear what’s happening has happened to others, glad I’ve going mumsnet!
