Hi everyone, just wanting a little advice. I got my BFP 5 days ago! Since then I've been having cramping that feels like period pains. I had brown bleeding stopped after a day, sore boobs and now sore hips...

Just a little advice on how to deal with cramping and hip pain and if it's normal 🤷🏼‍♀️🤰

Anyone else due September? X

100% same as you! I just made a post before actually about the brown bleeding but it seems to have gone (fingers crossed). I got my BFP 3 days ago, still got slight cramps now but they've been mild since my period was due. I had all this with my last pregnancy in 2015 and it was all normal but you can't help but worry at every niggling pain or twinge can you? I'm due 17th september from LMP when are you due?x

Brown bleeding is old blood, most likely implantation. Aches and pains are normal, you'll get used to it. You need to stay active but not overexert yourself.
I'm around 8weeks and still powerlifting, I have dropped about 25% off the max weight and reduced sessions from 3 - 2 a week.

I've been so worried that it's just me, first time and I've been a nervous wreck 🙇🏼‍♀️ I'm glad you've been experiencing the same!! You are only three days ahead of me ♥️ I'm due September 20th!! Congratulations by the way x
