Hi, I'm currently 21+2 weeks with my first baby so not sure what, if anything, I can try to help. For the past week or so I've been having so much trouble sleeping, it takes me ages to fall asleep then when I finally do it maybe only lasts an hour or two then I need to get up for the toilet and I can't get back to sleep again, this continues all night and before I know it it's time to wake up and I'm shattered.
I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for getting sleep at this stage? Will it get better or does it just get worse from here?
