Postpartum allergies

Hello- has anyone developed postpartum allergies?
I’ve had a number of reactions to different foods over the last few weeks to things I have always ate and drank and I am wondering if it’s common?

I became allergic to cocoa butter after having my twins. Took me a while to twig that it was my moisturiser causing the whole body rash and itching as I'd been using it for years!

I developed hayfever after my last pregnancy.

I developed eczema after never having skin issues!

I developed an allergy to shellfish after having ds.

I have also developed a shellfish allergy after having my baby. It's a total pain in the arse

Another shellfish allergy here. Which is such a pain as I absolutely love shellfish.

Do these.postpartum allergies disappear after a while,? I had my son 5 months ago and have horrible hay fever which I've never had before. Antihistamine work for about an hour and I'm allowed one per day...
