I'm so sorry OP but those are negative tests
I'm a fellow PCOS sufferer, 15 miscarriages and over 10 years later I'm currently 28 weeks with our completely naturally conceived rainbow kid
. We unfortunately didn't qualify for any fertility help at all in our region, so it was natural or nothing for us.
I've been where you are and I promise you, it can happen for you.
You say you had a MC in 2016, is that the only other time you've been able to become pregnant? I don't know if it's useful for you, but I managed to stimulate my cycle by drastically reducing my carb intake for 3 weeks in 4, only eating normal carbs while i was actively on my period. This reduces your insulin resistance that causes PCOS (or the PCOS causes the IR, it's chicken and egg) and allows your reproductive hormones to regulate properly. Metformin is often prescribed off book for PCOS to achieve the exact same thing.
I had a lot of early losses, but once I started carb cycling I got pregnant pretty much every 3 months which then drastically increases your chances that one will eventually stick. That's a really blunt way to speak about it, apologies
