Hi there! I'm a first time mum, I'm very early but looking into replacing my products with pregnancy safe ones. I can't seem to find definitive answers on face wash (sometimes have spots) and Moroccan Oil moisture repair shampoo and conditioner. I think I have a good aluminium free deodorant and looks like body lotion is ok. Can anyone help with these? And anything else I should consider? I never put perfume directly on my skin so think that's ok. Thanks so much for any help! I'm based in the UK too.

To be honest you really don’t need to change anything. I’ve avoided retinol and salycilic acid but otherwise kept everything the same. Everything in the uk is regulated and safe to use in pregnancy. I understand being overly cautious but there really isn’t any need unless your having procedures such as Botox.

@Oneandabean Thank you! That's good to know. I do use salicylic acid face wash so will need to change that. Thanks for the reply!

Glycolic acid as well, to a lesser extent. And vitamin A. There’s no issue with perfume as far as I’m aware.
