Olivers baby care

Just wondering has anyone ordered from Olivers baby care online if so what was your experience like

I have. I ordered a nursery set from them after my original order with Precious Little One went badly wrong. There was a slight delay but I was kept informed. It came directly from the manufacturer and there was an issue with a part which took a bit of effort (by Oliver’s baby care, they did all the hard chasing!) to sort. Oliver’s baby care were absolutely fantastic and really put the work in to resolve. I would and do recommend them every chance I get as their customer service and after care was so good.

Comparing them to Precious Little One, who I originally ordered the product through. It was delayed (excessively), they didn’t tell me, they were atrocious at responding to my emails to chase it, gave vague unhelpful responses, poor effort following up with the manufacturer for updates (claimed to have no response from them which I don’t believe as I always got an update from Oliver’s very very quickly from the same manufacturer) and I ended up cancelling after too much back and forth as I was worried about how they would deal with any issue after the fact (and I’m very glad I did cancel!) . They then took weeks to confirm they had cancelled it, and in the end I had to threaten them with the small claims court in order to get a refund.

Summary - Oliver’s Baby Care are super, Precious Little One are not.

Thanks so much for that I read a few bad reviews online after I ordered my travel system for my first baby so was in a bit of a panic
