Very Early Symptoms???

I'm currently 3DPO TTC our first, was just wondering am I just overthinking every little thing or can you get some symptoms now so early?

Ive been feeling warmer than usual yesterday and today and had some CM yesterday and this morning, also when I ate my tea last night and tonight been feeling cramps, uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.

With it being my first time trying, I could just be really overthinking it or even causing the symptoms myself!

Mine was needing the loo in the night..

I think symptoms at 3DPO are very unlikely as the egg wouldn’t have implanted yet to produce any hormones... but saying that I’m a symptom spotter and would be thinking the exact same! I think I even POAS around that time last month 😂

My first sign has always been smells! Everything starts to smell weird 😂 and then my boobs hurt like hell 😩

Last time mine were extreme fatigue, it got the point where I would finish work and stand in the bathroom and cry because I didn't have the energy to climb into the shower. totally went off chocolate and mega painful boobs to the point I would literally cry with the pain and not painful like a period boob painful it was a constant heavy and dull ache which was always worse when I was cold. I remember going to a cafe when it was fairly cold outside and having to sit with my cup of coffee against my boobs. The other early sign for me was milk. Tastes vile at the best of times but the hot chocolate and squirty cream I had tasted rancid to the point I was convinced it had gone off. It was only when my Sis tasted it and said it was absolutely fine I put 2+2 together and did a Pregnancy test. Unfortunately though post miscarriage all my now period symptoms are exactly the same as my pregnancy symptoms so I can spend weeks thinking I'm Pregnant again even if I'm not

@HopingForOurRainbowBaby it's so tricky isn't it as early symptoms are very similar to period symptoms (or so I've read)

I know this was our first time trying and I am probably more nervous and taking symptom spotting a bit too serious. Will just try and relax and see how I go.

I think 3DPO is much too early. For me I lost my appetite probably from around day 8, day 11 I had cramps in my back which I don't usually get with my period, then got my BFP day 12

I'm 7DPO today and have had mild cramping on and off for a day or two and today I've noticed that certain smells have started to make me feel nauseous which isn't usual for me!

I've got exactly 7 days till AF is due, hoping for a BFP but time will tell 🤞 x

We conceived first time and I noticed strange things at what I thought was 3dpo, funny twinges in my pelvic region that I didn’t have before, twinges in my back, I got a lower back ache around then too which lasted around 2 weeks. I had CM where id usually expect to be dry. My sense of mell changed a bit. I said to my husband hmm, this is weird and pushed it out of my head because I really thought I was over thinking things and thought maybe I had this every month but didn’t notice?

A week on I randomly retched in the day, husband and I were both like that’s weird but at that point thought we were both analysing. Then my boobs started aching (so bad I couldn’t sleep on my front) and I thought oh my period’s coming early... then the vomiting started!! I tested 4 days before my period and got a strong positive! I had been having symptoms from very early on and wonder how much earlier I could have tested. (My first scan did push me forward a few days, my new date doesn’t really add up because it’s physically not possible for me to be pregnant when they say I was, but it does mean I likely ovulated earlier. Which means my 3dpo was actually 5/6dpo. Could this be the case for you?)

This is a long way of saying whilst it is probably too early... I definitely felt things that made me suspicious but I thought the chances of conceiving first go was pretty slim so tried to ignore... so if you’re feeling weird you never know! I’d track each DPO on clue/Flo, cos if it’s not your month, you can compare how you were feeling each day in your next tww.

@Thisisbananas3 thank you for your detailed reply it's much appreciated. I do feel strange but I have been documenting my 'symptoms' like you say I have something to compare if we're not successful this time.
