Smelly vaginal discharge

When I first noticed the unpleasant smell, I thought it's from the chair or my trousers. When I searched the symptom on the internet, I have found out that it might be a sign of infection. It is white and sticky so it seems there is nothing wrong with it although the amount is more than usual, which seems to be completely normal during pregnancy. However, what concerns me is the odour. Even my DH at some point seemed to notice the smell and I was embarrassed. Should I be concerned about it? If it is due to vaginal infection, is there any home remedy?

Go and get swabbed. It’s probably just BV which is really common but they like to keep an eye on you if you have recurrent BV in case it causes complications with the birth so I would err on the side of caution and talk to your GP/midwife.
