Exercise after miscarriage-anyone experience bleeding?

Hoping you can all put my mind at ease! I had a MMC (failed) followed by a D and C about 3 weeks ago now. My bleeding stopped around a week ago and I felt physically OK so decided to start exercising again. But each time I do a workout I have a very small amount of blood when I wipe (sorry I know it's TMI!) it's not bright red so just wondered is this normal and have others experienced this?

I had ERCP surgery after a MMC. I had v mild brown bleeding for about 1.5 weeks. 2 days later I had a hard workout day and randomly had LOADS of bleeding so definitely does seem exercise can induce bleeding post MC. I'm now 5 weeks after surgery and havent had any since then

@TheDaydreamBelievers thanks so much for your message. Glad to know others have had similar! I'm so confused as mine is like mild one-off after exercise and has been each time I've worked out. Wondering if moving about is just getting rid of anything residual. Hoping my time of the month arrives soon!
