Ovulation

Hi! This may be a daft question but does ovulation occur on the same day of your cycle each month? I have an app that tracks my period and ovulation and my periods are like clockwork! I just wondered if it could be any day of the fertile window each month actual ovulation occurs

Just have lots of sex the five days leading up to your ovulation day and 24 hours after ovulation. X

If you track your BBT for a couple of months you should be able to see exactly what day you ovulate. For me I have a 28/29 day regular cycle and ovulate on cycle day 16 usually.
