Hi, I'm supposed to be 12 weeks today. unfortunately yesterday I started getting brown discharge only when I wiped really light couldn't tell if it was orange or brown at first, it didn't worry me but as the day went it started getting really light pink eventually red at night with period cramps withing a few hours i got a few blood clots too. I bleed through a pad which really worried me. In the morning I felt alot better just spotting into the pad haven't had to change it and same during the night, pain has eased just normal cramps as in the earlier weeks. I've miscarried my last pregnacy and it was nothing like this, I miscarried at 6 weeks and had alot of pain and bleeding. I would have thought this would be similar if not worse? I had to get help to remove all tissue and spent a few days in the hospital. I've got my scan shifted sooner for tomorrow and I'm terrified of the worst. I've probably read all websites with information that Could explain this but I won't really know till tomorrow was hoping to hear some stories that might be similar to mine thanks for reading xhalo
