Hi,

Is a hot water bottle safe to use at 7 weeks pregnant?

Currently waiting for covid results but I'm genuinely freezing to the point where I am wearing 4 layers and a massive fleecy over me and I can't keep warm. My body is aching all over from the cold.

We have the heating on and DH and young DS aren't cold.

Can I use a hot water bottle? I'm so
Desperate to feel warm but obviously don't want to harm baby

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Don't use it on your tummy but you're fine to use a hot water bottle I often use one on my back or my feet.

I remember being freezing in early pregnancy. I agree with using it not on your tummy.
