Hi there. Currently 30 weeks pregnant and wondered if anyone had used these in their pregnancy/ breast feeding? Says nothing on the packets saying not to use. Just wondered if anyone had any experience with this. Thanks in advance

Nothing is tested on pregnant women as it’s not ethical to do so, so pretty much everything will not not suitable. I can’t imagine they’d be anything in it harmful, but probably not that beneficial either. Maybe just have a smoothie, with loads of fruit and greens in instead to get all your goodness☺️
