Ectopic pregnancy

Is it possible to have an ectopic pregnancy without bleeding? I am around 7 weeks pregnant and have had sharp pains on one side come and go for a few days now. They literally make me stop what I am doing and then disappear after a few minutes. It is always on the same side in the same place too.

Unfortunately it is possible.
I have had two ectopic, first one I had pain but no bleeding.
Second ectopic I had a normal period lasted 5 days then started bleeding again a few days after period ended. So both very different, I would suggest if you have concerns to ring the epu and inform them and get booked in for a scan.

Hiya. I'm almost 9 weeks and I keep getting sharp pains in left side stabbing like you say. I went for an early scan at 5 and 6 weeks due to it and baby was perfectly in the right place. They wondered whether I ovulated from left. Turns out I ovulated from my right and baby implanted on the left slightly.

Would always get it checked though. Whilst it could be uterus growing pains it could also be ectopic. So maybe asked to get referred to EPU if possible xx

I’ve never used this site before, but I wondered if anyone can talk to me about shouldertip pains AFTER an ectopic? I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant a week ago (Friday) and Monday early hrs I had sharp pelvic pains and shoulder tip pain, went straight to A&E hoping it was my appendix but by the afternoon and 2 internal scans it showed the little one was ectopic and I was rushed into surgery. Fallopian tube removed, 5 days in and I’m healing physically okay, mentally not that great, but I’m laying in bed right now feeling the same shoulder pain I did almost a week ago before the nightmare began… is this normal? x
