Spritz for bits

Hi,
Just wondering if spritz for bits is worth the money?

This is my first baby so I'm unsure whether to spend the money on it.
Thanks in advance.

I bought this after hearing rave reviews, I used it a few times. My reaction was a bit meh, not unpleasant but not amazing. For me it wasn't worth the money.

Also interested to know!

I only had a section but after failed induction, which made my bits swell up! The spritz felt ace just for that. So, yes.

There's one in boots in a blue bottle, I can't remember the name but omg it was heaven

newmummy8789 · 05/01/2021 20:56

I think so! Kept it in the fridge for extra effect!!

@herechickchickchickchick is it called ‘bottoms up’? I’ve got that and it’s much cheaper- I had it recommended x

I used Spritz For Bits and it was a godsend, I have to say - although I imagine there are a few, probably cheaper, alternatives out there that work just as well.

Yeah that's it

I had a lateral tear on both sides and needed stitches and this made me feel clean and refreshed down there and I think it was only £9

KarlKennedysDurianFruit · 06/01/2021 00:11

I had an episiotomy, it was amazing, yes to keeping it in the fridge.

Coldandcross · 06/01/2021 00:18

Yep would recommend! I healed up really fast and felt this helped.

PFin · 06/01/2021 01:48

Havnt used myself but in i plan to get it for after the birth. A friend just had a baby and she sprays it all over her maternity pad before she puts it on. Shes swears by it said it helps her feel clean, gives some relief and has helped with the healing.

peachypetite · 06/01/2021 01:56

I’d wait and see how you are after you’ve had the baby.

2Under22021 · 06/01/2021 11:17

@Megalala I used spritz for bitz with my first and honestly I found it amazing. I had a natural birth and needed a few stitches. I sprayed it on a pad instead of direct just in case and I was a different woman!

Currently pregnant with Baby number 2 and it's definitely on my list.

Good luck x

Thank you all for your replies.

I took the plunge and got a bottle today to try, my doctors is next to a boots so went to have a look and they had both bottoms up and spritz for bits. I opted for the spritz as I had enough points to pay, otherwise I wouldn't have. I'm too cheap Grin

Has been packed into my hospital bag but will be going in the fridge when we are home, thanks for that suggestion.
