Hi,

I’m just wondering if anyone else is at the same point and if so how they’re feeling?

I’m still tired but other than that I feel OK, my bloating has gone down so not much of a tummy anymore.

I have a gender scan booked on 18th January so really looking forward to that! Xx

Hey! I’m 13w today and have my NHS scan tomorrow. Bit nervous but trying to remain positive.

Sickness has all but gone, I still don’t have appetite for anything other than beige food so hoping that changes soon.

Tiredness has eased up too but I’m still feeling a bit lazy ! They might have more to do with the current situation though.

Exciting to find out the sex. We’re having an NIPT on Sunday so should find out in a couple of weeks too. I literally have no feelings either way. Do you have an inkling ?

Hello!

I've got my 20w scan next week and feeling a bit nervous. Most of my bloating is gone, so stomach has gone down, and even though my 12w scan was absolutely fine all everything normal, feeling nervous about this one!

Will be so pleased when we can get another look at little bean and see how things are going.

We keep changing our mind about whether to find out the sex of the baby. Got a bit of a clue at our 12w, but we keep switching between yes we'll find out and no we won't.

Hi there, 14wks here. Been feeling really good the past few weeks, nausea has subsided, not quite as tired throughout the day and have started sleeping a bit better too! I have a bump but this is my 5th pregnancy and have started to feel movement , not kicks but more like little rolls or bumps or tickles. It's very reassuring after our mmc in the summer.

@WalkingMeAway Congratulations, please let me know how your first scan went :) Exciting your finding out gender, I sent my 12 week scan to a Nub Whisperer, they predicted girl although it's not 100% accurate before 13 weeks, excited either way. A healthy baby is far more important xx

@RCats Congratulations and good luck at your 20 week scan :) A surprise gender would be lovely I wish I wasn't so curious and could hold out until Baby's arrival. It seems such a long wait inbetween scans doesn't it. I can totally relate to what you're saying, I had so much bloat up until week 13 and now it has subsided, I'm thinking "Where's my tummy?" ha ha, is this your first? I've read online that first time mums often take longer to show xx

Congratulations @Candyflosscrochet how amazing that you are experiencing movement, I can't wait for this moment :) I'm sorry to hear about your MMC in the Summer, I suffered one last Summer. Are you hoping to find out the gender? xx

@Vogue1992 hey! All went well with my scan, thank you. Just pleased to get that done with. NIPT next! My scan pic had no visible nub but the skull looked a bit girl like. But who knows !

I'm 13+2 and feeling much better than the last few weeks although still get headaches here and there. From now I'm trying to make sure I do some exercise every day even if just an hours light walking because I barely did anything in the first trimester!

We had the harmony test and opted to find out the gender and I'm so glad we did, it's made it feel so much more real now! (FTM)

I feel like the time between now and my 20 week scan is really going to drag, any tips on keeping busy other than exercise, reading and Netflix? Not ready to start baby shopping/decorating etc yet x

14 weeks here, haven't had any scans yet, my booking appointment isn't even until next week.

Feeling okay, tired as usual but I have a two year old so nothing new! Haven't had very many symptoms, odd bit of nausea and sense of smell has been more sensitive, I hated the smell of my laundry detergent a couple of weeks ago, thankfully now I like it again.

RCats · 06/01/2021 22:30

@Vogue1992 yeah this is our first so all very new to us, probably why we are a bit nervous about things! Had a midwife appointment today though and heard baby's heartbeat which was really excited and reassuring.
Looking forward to our scan next week, most likely finding out the sex - think I'm just too curious not to!

@WalkingMeAway - how exciting that it might be a girl! Do you have another scan before arrival to have another look or is that it now?

@Vogue1992 aw congratulations :) I'm 14 weeks and 6 days today - gender scan on feb 12th. Really looking forward to it. I'm going to ask for the sonographer to write the sex down on a special little piece of paper I bought and put it in a special envelope I also bought. We can't decide whether we want to know yet. It's our first.

Very tired sometimes but most of the time I'm back to full energy. Sometimes bloated but mostly at night after dinner. Feels like im nesting already!!!! I love cleaning and I'm loving how tasty all food is. Just having trouble trying to find some petite maternity clothes for when the time comes that I no longer fit in my normal clothes x
