Spitting and Feeling Hot at 10 weeks

Hoping someone may have had a similar experience or be able to advise. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow, had a scan at 7 weeks and everything looked fine. Today I noticed I’ve been feeling a bit warm, whereas usually in the house I would be freezing. I’ve just been to the loo and have a little pink spotting when I wipe. I’ve not had any spotting so far and this is my first pregnancy. Finding it hard not to panic 😢

A little spotting at your stage is not unusual.

Thanks for your reply, obviously meant spotting in the title! I think as I’ve not had any at all I’m finding it hard not to worry, plus I’m not sure why I feel a little feverish today too
