Stretching aches

Hi everyone,

I’m currently 6weeks pregnant and this is a random one but, I stretched in my sleep last night and as I did felt like a really sharp spasm or almost like a clenching feeling in my uterus.
Now today I feel like I have on and off dull aches, almost like a little finger is pushing my uterus for a second and then stops again.
I know it’s says quick movements can cause spasms but just wanted to see if anyone else has had the aftermath pangs?

Hi OP, I had the sharp spasms if I stretched in bed very early on. It happened a few times to the point where I became very careful not to stretch my whole body. Seems to have stopped now that I'm 13 weeks though.

I had so many aches/pains/random stitches in early pregnancy. I could barely move without getting a stitch.
I think it’s just the hormones loosening up all your muscles and ligaments.

Hi @SamoyedFan123 ok so it’s not just me, thank you.
It quite hurt for a second and then stopped, but worried me. I’ll try to make sure i don’t do it again.
Did you have anymore cramping the day after from it do you remember? In the same spot the pain was?

@MoopN86 I did have some weird after pains for a little while after the spasms, maybe a couple of hours but I don't remember anything the next day no. Those cramps could be completely unrelated, just normal early pregnancy cramps though 😊
