I don't want to spend a fortune and don't want something that invades the bed but my god my back hurts from sleeping on my side (and most nights failing). I saw a couple of recommendations on a previous post for a specific brand on amazon but can't for the life of me find it. Any recommendations greatly appreciated

I just got the asda pregnancy pillow: £18 and I love it. Great to wrap around and support back when sitting on sofa and I find it comfy for bed too. Has really relieved hip and lower back pain.

I highly recommend a dream genii. I only have a double bed and it doesn’t take up too much room and it stops me rolling over onto my back more often than not

I tried a pregnancy pillow and didn't like it. It felt claustrophobic and made it difficult to roll over. Before buying one, have you tried sleeping with a thick pillow between your knees? I'm 35+3 and it's still comfortable for me.

I have this one:

I like it but with hindsight would get a U-shaped one if you have a big enough bed! - if you switch sides fairly regularly you have to keep moving it over.

I have one from mama's and papas. Think it is £40 new but I bought it 2nd hand for £10. Most have covers that are easy to remove & wash, and save a lot of money getting 2nd hand. It's a big U-shaped one, I really like it. Can give back / belly / leg support

I got one that was curved and had a small back pillow but it was useless as it didn't keep my legs separate. I use a normal pillow between my legs now and got a small memory foam bamboo pillow from amazon which I stick under my bump. Thats worked for me better.

another vote for the dream genii –love mine!

I bought the one from Asda and after a few weeks I've had to replace it, it didn't give any support and my bad back got worse with it.

I now have this one and of the (4) pregnancy pillows I've tried it's definitely the best...

I just had a V pillow and it was amazing! The way it curves meant it could go under my bump and then between my legs so I had lots of support Smile

Think I got mine from the Aldi Middle Aisle of Crap but you can get them for less than £10 on Amazon (prime delivery too.)
