Movements in second pregnancy

Hi i am 14 weeks pregnant with baby number 2, with my 1st i was 17 weeks before i felt any flutters but i started to feel the flutters and popping already with this one is that possible so early

With my second I felt light movements from 15 weeks. Took a few days to figure out if it was wind or not
