Covid vaccine

Anyone pregnant and got the option of having the covid vaccine now? Nhs workers?
Are you planning on having it or not?

I’m frontline patient facing, in theory non-covid but working on site with covid patients and alongside staff treating both. I had the first vaccine and got pregnant that cycle having been trying for a while. Due the second vaccine when I’m 10 weeks. Think the pros outweigh the cons although may delay it until after 12 weeks

@LauEli did you end up having your second dose during first trimester or did you wait?

@Tryingandhopeful I haven't had the second dose, although guidance has now changed, Ive decided to wait to have them both again once baby is here

@LauEli yes I’ve seen the recent update about the vaccine, just still a bit uncertain as I’m in my 1st trimester! My second dose was pushed back by a few weeks so if I had it when I was originally suppose to of had it then I would have been in my TWW! Just wanted to see what you had decided as I’ve seen a lot of threads on here and pregnant ladies going for the vaccine but they were all in their 2nd trimesters!
