10 weeks pregnant...anyone?

okay, so I just got 10 weeks pregnant on Saturday. Any tips? I am panicking.

What tips are you looking for? Have you contacted a midwife? Booked a 12 week scan? Started taking folic acid?

Agree with Pp. What kind of tips are you looking for?
You should have your booking appointment booked in by now?
And probably your 12 week scan?
You should be taking folic acid and also vitamin D

They're pretty much the only things you need to be doing 😊 and avoiding the certain foods like too much caffeine, undercooked beef (sucks when you just want a nice juicy steak haha) Not too much of certain fish ect 😊
