Does anyone know of a sophisticated mat pay calculator that takes into account being paid every 4 weeks, pension, student loan and a bespoke maternity package?

Hiya I don't know I'm afraid but this is something your employer should be able to forecast for you, if you are in a position where you can ask them? X

You may need two calculators

  1. www.gov.uk/pay-leave-for-parents This should calculate gross mat pay
  1. www.moneysavingexpert.com/tax-calculator/ Use the advance option to calculate net pay after student loans etc.

Hi OP I've been trying to find the exact same thing.

I use this calculator, you can put in Student loan, Pension, and tick the 4 weekly box. If you have a bespoke package you just need to break it up into different sections of the package. So for weeks 14-28 I get 50% pay so just plug in 50% of my gross pay into the calculator and it will adjust for tax etc and give my 4 weekly take home.
