Recommendations for awful skin

So despite everyone telling me the first trimester acne would disappear and I would be glowing etc etc, I still look like a greasy hormonal teenager at 15w. Does anyone have any spot treatment recommendations that are safe to use in the second trimester and (hopefully not) beyond??

I really like Skin + Me, it's a little expensive - £20 for a tube for a month, but safe to use and personalised to you.

I had a couple of weeks without and my skin got noticeably dreadful, and now back on track. This is following a year of really bad acne and my skin needing to undergo some serious recovery.

They also do skin regime recommendations split in to £/££/£££ which are great!!

Gosh I had terrible skin up till now ! I’m on my 18th week, I’ve just been trying to use gentle things like my camomile cleansing balm from body shop (which is amazing by the way) and e45 moisturiser cream :)

I had a weird mix of drys sore patches mixed with oily acne skin, really bad spots! But this routine really helped.
