Hello, I'm currently 16 weeks and 4 days, I weigh the same as I did before pregnancy and I don't really have a bump, should I be worried?

No. It's a myth that you need to gain loads of weight when pregnant. You may pop later too in terms of bump. The less you put on pregnant, the less you need to lose after!

Don’t worry, the baby is still really small at 16 weeks, weighs less than 100g and doesn’t take up much space so it’s fine if you haven’t put on weight.
I didn’t start showing really until about 20 weeks.

I didn't start showing until I was around 24-26 weeks. I didn't put on much weight either as I was really nauseous and struggling to eat but at the 20 week scan they said everything looks fine and baby size was good. Baby will take what it needs from you. You don't need to 'eat for two' and you don't even need to up your food intake much until the later stages (believe me you'll want to eat more at that point anyway!). See what they say at your 20 week scan but I'm sure it'll be fine :)

Don't worry. I weighed 11stone and gained 7lbs during my whole pregnancy (and that was only at the end) and my son was 7lb 2oz then I lost a stone the day after I'd given birth..I'm not bragging, I was so worried I wasn't normal and really worried. I had gestational diabetes so had to be careful what I ate, but no one was worried.

Thank you all for the replies I feel a bit relieved! It's quite hard for me to put weight on in general anyway, I'm 9stone but I'm hoping that changes in a few weeks because I really want my bump!

@Chelsey567 definitely nothing to worry about, I'm 20 weeks today and I've lost just over a stone from the start of pregnancy as I've been being so sick and barely keeping anything down, the midwife said this is perfectly normal and it is a myth you need to be continually putting on weight the full pregnancy, she said that some mums never do. My bump has definitely started to form now though and it is clear I'm pregnant. My mum also had a baby back in March though and to the day she gave birth you'd have never known she was pregnant she still very much had a slim figure, she said it was the same with both my sister and I so every woman is different

I'm 22 weeks and still weigh the same as before pregnancy! I also am yet to get a bump. Baby is still really small at this stage. I wouldn't worry at all. With my first I didn't show until around 30 weeks (good stomach muscles).

Not at all. I'm 28 weeks and have gained 1lb.
My first pregnancy I didn't show until 33 weeks and gained 3lbs altogether. Baby was 9lb
