Hi I'm TTC number 5. With number 4 I had gd and I'm wondering what the chances are I'll have it again?

Hi there, I don't know the statistics but i do think it is likely you'd have it again. To try and prevent it, it's best to exercise daily, watch what you eat and look at 6 small meals per day, 3 as small snacks. You need to balance both carbs and protein, please consult a specialist :)
I've newly been diagnosed myself, please could you look at my petition and kindly sign and share as i found out so much about Gestational Diabetes and so many women going through pregnancy without knowing!!! www.change.org/Equal-pregnancy-care

I'm not sure what the risk is, but I know it's increased if you've had it before and I think it increases with each pregnancy?

You can try inositol, it's a supplement that lowers the chance of getting it x
