Light spotting and cramps at 4+2

Hey everyone, I’m just looking for some advice.

It’s been a week since I took a positive test and I’ve worked out that i am 4+2. I’ve been having nausea, tiredness and occasional stomach cramp. Plus in the evening I’ve been having cramps that feel like trapped wind after my dinner.
I got some cramps earlier this afternoon after a short walk, which have been a dull ache but nothing too painful and I put it down to being trapped wind.. I’ve since been to the loo and had very light pink spotting and I still have the cramps (but still feels like i need to pass wind)

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m a little worried it’s something worse!
TIA

I experienced this on 4+3, and I'm now 5+2 with no sign of problems. I had cramping most days until about 4+4, too. Take a pregnancy test to reassure yourself for the next few days, and as long as it doesn't turn into actual bleeding don't worry.
