7 weeks pregnant and constantly peeing, Negative UTI test. normal?

The last few days I've had this pressure feeling down below, like a UTI without the stinging. Tonight, it's constant and keep needing to pee every half an hour! Had a negative UTI test yesterday... should I contact go again? Anyone else had this?!

Completely normal I've been peeing at least 3 times a night and I'm 6+4 and I had this when I was pregnant with my DS too, so much pee.

I’m 7 weeks pregnant too and also have that pressure you describe, like when I’m peeing all my pelvic muscles feel like they’re tightening up? Not going any more frequently though. Also had a negative UTI test yesterday. Maybe it’s a normal pregnancy thing?!

I’m 22 weeks and it hasn’t eased up. I still get up 4-5 times a night to pee. It’s totally normal, wait till baby starts kicking down towards your lady bits, you’ll know all about it lol

Thanks ladies! It's eased off a bit today but my god it was annoying last night up down up down!
