Pregnancy Symptoms At One Week?

I know this is going to sound strange, but here goes. A little over a week ago, I had protected sex. My partner used an ill fitting condom though, and it just happened to be on a day either on or very close to my ovulation date.

I thought nothing of it until a day or two later, when I started getting twinging sensations and discomfort in my abdomen on the left side. I had constipation, bloating, occasional palpitations (usually at night), extreme dry skin, swollen face and generally just felt blah. I very strongly considered the possibility I might be pregnant, but of course, it's still too early even the earliest tests.

Here's my question, though. Tonight I had rough sex with my partner and there was pressure on my abdomen at several points. After orgasm, I feel much different. Almost like whatever hormonal storm was brewing these past several days has finally broken. Facial swelling and abdominal bloating are gone, and that almost but not quite painful twinge in my left side is about 95% better than it was. I can freely walk, bend down, etc. now. Of course, even though nothing was ever confirmed, I'm now paranoid as to why I feel so much better so quickly. Could it be from the orgasm hormones alone? Or is it possible I was in first week of pregnancy and now no longer am? Is it even possible to get pregnancy symptoms this early? I figure I've got another week at least before I can do a pregnancy test, and if no one's figured it out by now, I'm just a little terrified of either outcome.

They wouldnt have been pregnancy symptoms that early. At day 2, the egg would have only just been fertilised (if at all at that point).
You would only get pregnancy symptoms when the embryo has attached to your uterus and the pregnancy hormones start to secret which isnt until 9/10 days post ovulation at the very earliest.

Id treat yourself as not pregnant until proven otherwise.

I agree with pp. They wouldn't be pregnancy symptoms and could simply be ovulation symptoms
