Cystitis in pregnancy

Hi, I'm in early stages of pregnancy and have suffered with cystitis for about a week now.
I would get it now and again before pregnancy but wouldn't last as long as this.
The doctors have checked and they said my urine sample is all clear so won't prescribe anything.
Does anyone have any safe advice how to cope or cure it at home. I used to take the cystitis relife powder from Morrisons but not sure I'm able to have that while pregnant.
Thanks in advance.

If they have said your urine is clear and haven't prescribed anything then I don't think it will be cystitis?
As it would show in urine

It's frustrating isn't it. If you feel like you had an infection, ask them to actually send your sample away - the dip tests they do aren't brilliant.
I have recurrent UTIs and have been under a consultant for about 4 years now - they're dreadful!

I read various things about the sachets varying from they're safe, to they should be avoided.

I find paracetamol helps, drinking a ridiculous amount of water and a cool bath.

Cranberry juice is supposed to help - I don't find it makes any difference.

Hope you're feeling better!
