7-8 weeks worried ectopic

Hi so I think I’m 7-8 weeks well yesterday I started bleeding only when I wipe,
Started of with brown and is gradually getting red, I had cramps yesterday thought was mc and would let nature take its course. Today there’s still not a lot of blood again mainly when I wipe, I rang doctor who referred me to epu. I am now panicking and don’t know if I’m imagining symptoms of a ectopic or I actually am. I’m to scared to go to a and e as spoken to them
And they said it’s impossible to social distance down there as it’s so busy with Covid patients down there. I Duno if I have shoulder pain or tension in my shoulder where I having anxiety attacks, I get the odd twinge in my left side and then I think this is it this is my tube rupturing. I am hoping I can get into EPU tomorrow morning but am scared incase I become really poorly with this. Has anyone got any similar stories to get me through the night please xx

Hi OP... I can't comment on what the outcome may or may not be in full. However I had an ectopic at 7w + 2 years ago, and at that stage I was doubled over in sharp pain, and no matter what position I was in it didn't subside.

I'm unsure about the bleeding etc, as I've never suffered that but I know small amounts of bleeding can be 'normal' in early pregnancy along with slight cramping. But from an ectopic point of view, from my experience, you wouldn't be able to wait to be seen.

I had an ectopic and although my pain wasn't constant when I was in pain it was agonising and I could do nothing else. I'm pretty sure I knew the point when my tube ruptured as it was painful and alot of pressure but tummy was very tender on one side also. I didn't bleed alot. If you felt too bad then I would go I initially went to the gp who referred me to go after the weekend but I was in too much pain I couldnt take it anymore. All the best take care

If you are having what you suspect to be an ectopic pregnancy, you need to get seen straight away

Hi thank you for your replies. I went for a scan yesterday they said they could only see a sac and wasn’t suspected ectopic as ovaries/tubes looked clear, got to go back for bloods tomorrow and scan again next week to see if sac has grown I’m still bleeding, they said sac measured 5 weeks but I should be at least 7 -9 weeks. So they think maybe delayed miscarriage.

Hi I am almost 7 weeks had bleeding around 5-6 weeks ( hcg 1128)did scan but they said no sac PUL I am scared and that repeat blood hcg now 3480 for 7 weeks actually not doubling 😳 my first hcg was,94 ,130, 197, 970,1128, 1800,2500,3480 last one I don’t know what is happening anyone help me please
