I'm currently 14+3 and I switched from coffee to decaf tea before I realised I was expecting (I guess my body didn't want coffee at all, the smell made me queasy) I've been having maximum 3 cups of decaffeinated Yorkshire tea. I know there's still a small amount of caffeine in decaf and I've heard bad things about how caffeine is removed. I'm wondering is it possible to have too much decaffeinated tea? I've been really enjoying it and I'm worried I've been drinking too much.
