Negative tests?

Hey!

So I’m 24 and have been ttc for just under a year, I’ve had regular periods since I started having them way over a decade ago and have sex regularly with my partner.

I’m overweight by a lot, probably around 4 stone heavier than I should be for my height. 5 foot 4 and a size 16.

I’ve missed my last period COMPLETELY. I’ve also taken 5 tests all of which are negative. Is it worth a doctors phone call or is there something going on perhaps weight related with my missed period? Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before.

I wouldn’t say I’ve had major pregnancy symptoms, the odd cramp here and there and frequent twinges around my belly button. I’ve often felt my stomach is in knots and every now and again had weighty / tender boobs.

I just don’t want to waste a doctors time if it’s nothing to worry about. Surely 5 negatives can’t be a fault and must be the case?

Not experienced it but as all doctors appointments are over the phone no harm in ringing them. If you are close to a year mark ttc they might start looking at why anyway and investigating hormone levels etc
