Positive Test

Hi all,
I have been having period like cramps & lower back pain for the past week, took a test today & it was positive, 2-3 weeks! Has anybody else been experiencing these symptoms?

Congratulations.
I had cramps until around week 5 then they eased off, 7 weeks now and still experiencing back pain on and off but not as bad as it was a couple of weeks ago.
