12 week scan

Hi everyone I am expecting my first baby and recently had my 12 week scan. I have been reading about nub and skull theory and wanted to ask if anyone can offer advice as to what I’m expecting. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you. I think there is a nub along the umbilical cord. I don’t know what else this could be.
